Michael :

good morning

Michael :

yes this one is defective indeed.

Michael :

there are flappers with seals inside that sense this condition

Michael :

it should not be causing this unless there were really a clog

Customer:

i can hear those flappers when i turn it off

Michael :

yes;-)

Customer:

so what do i do

Michael :

since this is so new, simply exchange that one, these are typically very good vacuums

Michael :

we all get a bad device from time to time

Michael :

it may have been dropped during shipping, usually that is the cause

Customer:

there is nothing I can do to clear the clogg?

Michael :

you would need to take the whole thing apart to fix this, and likley there is broken plastic tab in there

Michael :

I seriously doubt there is a clog that is causing this;-)

Customer:

ok... npow I just have to find the receipt lol

Michael :

lol
