Our 3 oven Aga has just turned itself off, and we cannot relight

Resolved Question:

Our 3 oven Aga has just turned itself off, and we cannot relight the pilot light. My wife heard a clunking sound earlier this evening which would coincide with the Aga going if although we didn't notice at the time.
Any ideas?

Customer: It is an AGA GC3 (P/F) with the number AG4M 211634 A.
Customer: We bought it three weeks ago as a refurbished Aga, and were told it is four years old.
Customer: That number is ***** the lighting instructions inside the top left door.
Customer: Other numbers on the small plate on the boiler wa

Customer: I've stuck a lit candle in the right hand hole and held the on/off switch down and clicked again but no joy. Can I telephone you?

OK, the problem is with the spark...either the ignitor is bad or the problem is with the pilot assembly
