Hello, my name is***** be patient whilst awaiting any responses as I'm not constantly available.

What you are saying is that everything works as it should with the exception that the fan in the freezer blows warm air rather than cold... Is that correct?

yes fan in freezer seems ok but hot air only

George-Allsorts :

Can you hear the comressor running at the rear of the appliance... also, feel it, is it cold, warm, or hot?

JACUSTOMER-5v9x40zh- :
