Can you help me to stop my cooker alarm going continuously?

Can you help me to stop my cooker alarm going continuously? The brochure refers to a manual button but doesn't say where this is. It's a 3 button machine.

No joy. Display stuck on 8888 with the cooking programme underlined. This has happened after a brief power cut

Also, nothing happens with timing icon.

OK what model number have you got on the book you have?

The book seems to cover several, but front of the cooker shows HAE 60 which is one of the models in it, usually though with a letter after, but I can't determine which letter it would be.

How are we doing?

OK push the central clock face several times until what looks like a watch icon comes up in the display

Dales-Electronic :

Once you have this icon and the time digits are flashing use the + and - to set the clock

Nothing doing. Still stuck under cooking icon. If oven turned on, turns itself off with every beep.

Dales-Electronic :

Once the correct time is set wait at least 10 seconds and press the central button

It won't let me set the time!
