Customer Question

I have 2 number RCR10/433 and 2 number RDJ10RF wireless room temperature controllers for controlling 2 zones domestic heating installation.
One zone control has stopped working - periodically the signal display LED on the RCR10/433 flashes red/orange.
How do I detect the problem and what is solution?

Hi I am Tech Michael, I am sorry to hear that.
Please be patient as these are technical issues and I want to guide you the best way possible to save you money and time;-)
Please remember these are technical issues and may require some back and forth conversation to sort this out.
When the one seems to fail, does it send any heat? Or does it not do anything?
Thank you
Tech Michael

Thanks Chris,
please try this for me, remove the batteries from the non working controller and replace them in the incorrect direction and leave it that way for 1 full minute(causes a reset).
Then replace the batteries with new known good ones in the correct direction.
See if this resets the system.
If it does great. Then please rate my service to you. But if it doesn't work please do not rate yet but simply reply to me for further information.
Thank you Chris.
