Hello, my name is***** be patient whilst awaiting any responses as I'm not constantly available.

The problem you have is that either the door is open/not closed properly on the appliance, or, the door lock is defective

Customer:

Thanks George. How much does it cost to replace tha door?

George-Allsorts :

You mean the door lock?

George-Allsorts :

When you open the door you will see a sticker with a number on it that starts with a 9... can you tell me what that number is, but when you type it to me put a # ***** of the numbers so I can see it

Customer:

Sorry George. We've just started to use the machine and it's working fine. We'll check in our local store.
