Welcome, my name is ***** ***** I will be helping you with your problem today. If anything isn't clear, please just ask me.

There should be a float in the base of he cabinet, do you see that?

Also can you tell me the ENr from the data plate in the door recess?
Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob,

Sorry but there doesn't appear to be a base tub in the bottom of the machine, so no sensor.

This is where I'm confused. There is a hose that goes into the bottom of the suspended drum. Which has a semi opaque plastic part that is butterfly clip in place.

Also I have had a electrician guy who is familiar with washing machines look at it this morning and he said the same thing about there being no base tub

Sorry I haven't got the ENr number as I'm at work at the moment.

Ok will do.

Also after reading online solutions, I lent the machine over to 15 degrees to get all the water out but still no luck.

My electrician dude says the f23 could be a red herring and it probably is the control panel? What are your thoughts on this?

Expert:  Rob replied 2 years ago.
Hi Simon

The E23 error is a leak into the base code

If there is no water there, or indeed no device to monitor it !!, then the board is misreporting

If this is the case you should look at the board, the wiring and the connections. Any damage or burning would indicate the need to replace the board.

Can I ask you to take a moment and rate my responses so far? Please use the smiley faces which you should now see. Please remember you are rating me personally, not the website or the problems you have had with this machine.
This will not close your question and you can still come back to me if you need more help

Im happy to look up the Enr after the rating, if you wish
Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob

The code is f23 not e23. Does this make a difference?

I'll get the Enr number as soon as I can
