I have a Eurostar Oil Combi which heats the radiators well

Customer Question

I have a Eurostar Oil Combi which heats the radiators well but is producing very little hot water. I know this is something to do with having a permanent live, but a permanent live to what ? The thermostat ? The diverter valve ? Any help very welcome on Christmas Eve !

***** ***** : If you have a divertor valve and a cylinder then the fault is not at the boiler.
***** ***** : When you put the hot water on at the clock and the cylinder thermostat tell me if the lever on the motorised valve is slack or tight?
