KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

How old is the unit ?

Customer:

approx. 7 years

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, red on/standby light flashing 10 times indicates a problem with the A Board of the unit

Customer:

Is this worth fixing or am I looking for NEW TV?

KevinWhiteJA :

For your model number the PA and H boards should also be checked...either-ways the repair will cost around £120 including parts, are you willing to do the repair yourself

Customer:

Could do but worrying is it worth doing on a 7 year old tv

KevinWhiteJA :

The tech needs to check which board is causing the fault, usually replacing the power supply board will resolve the issue...looking at the age of unit it might still be worth getting the part replaced

KevinWhiteJA :

KevinWhiteJA :

This is the Power supply board of your TV

KevinWhiteJA :

a new one will cost around £70 + labor

Customer:

Thanks for picture. If not just A board, but PA and or H board as well how much are we looking at then?

KevinWhiteJA :

Usually it is just one board, if two of them needs replacement then add another £70 +

KevinWhiteJA :

I mean usually replacing the power supply board resolves the issue

Customer:
