Hi there Kevin

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

Its a CDA

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

Type C9T Model RC9020SS

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

Its a double oven both electric with a gas hob.

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

its an 08 which Im guessing is year of manufacture in case that helps.

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

Prior to Christmas it was failing to reach temperatures above 160 deg. I called Partsmaster and they said it was likely to be the heating element. I ordered one and fitted it today. When i switched the oven on it took 48 mins to reach 200 deg. So im guessing that a further problem exists.

Customer:

OK, thank you for the info. I believe the problem is with the oven temp sensor (thermostat) not the element

Customer:

a new one will cost around £30

Hi Kevin,

JACUSTOMER-ets97i8v- :

how easy is the temperature sensor to fit. Is it any more complicated than the element?
