Hi,
We had an electric aga installed 2 months ago and it has been working perfectly. we went on holiday for a week and turned the ovens down to half power. When we returned on Saturday we turned them back to full power but they have gone out. The hotplates are still working fine, but the ovens are cold.
Is there an obvious fix?

OK, can you tell me its E nr

Customer:

I took off the magnetic plinth as I thought that's where I would find the E number but the only number there was -

14/A0253549 - should there be another number?

The E nr is located on the door on the metal strip

the problem is most likely with the thermostat that is bad and will need replacement

as this is just 2 months old it is always better to get it checked under warranty

opening it further will void off the warranty
