KevinWhiteJA :

Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

Please tell me its complete model number and age of this unit ?

Customer:

It is a 3 oven aims electric model. Not sure of age as got it refurbished. where could I find model number?

KevinWhiteJA :

The E nr is usually located on the door or inside the door of the appliance

Customer:

There is a number 06/A and the rest is illegible....

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, and it went completely dead after the power cut

KevinWhiteJA :

have you also tried to leave it unplugged for a while ?

Customer:

We were away when the powercut came on but when we came back it was still warm although not hot so it must have turned off at powercut or sometime after. NOt sure of exact time of powercut

Customer:

Where is the plug? We can't find anywhere. Would it be to left or right of appliance as looking at it??

Customer:

My husband thought it would be hardwired not just plugged in

KevinWhiteJA :

You can reset the breaker

Customer:

Explain more to a dummy....

KevinWhiteJA :

sorry I mean the circuit breaker if it is wired in directly...you can reset it or check the plug that is usually located at the back towards the right

Customer:

Let me see. Back soon!

KevinWhiteJA :

OK
