George-Allsorts :

I'm just checking which clock your appliance has, so that I can give you the answer

Customer:

ok

George-Allsorts :

does your appliance have 4 buttons and a knob, or, 5 buttons?

Customer:

5buttons

George-Allsorts :

ok thank you

Customer:

sorry its 4 buttons and a knob

George-Allsorts :

ahh.. had me going then.. one moment then please

George-Allsorts :

Turn off the oven at the mains for a few minutes until the timer goes to 0:00

Press the fourth button that looks like an arrow facing downwards and then use the knob to set the time

Customer:

the 4 button is a hand

George-Allsorts :

OK.. if that is the case, press the first two buttons which should be a bell and an arrow facing right, press them both at the same time and use the knob to alter the time

Customer:

thank you I will give it a try and then the oven should work as it is it wont work till we set the clock is that right

George-Allsorts :

yes that is right.. There are many versions of the clocks.. but the last description is the one you need.. If you still have problems, try photographing the clock and send me the photo

kindest regards
