I have a neff built in oven B1644.
The top plate of the oven holding the grill has come loose, we have the screw which has fallen out, but cannot get it to hold in. Help.

You have three options here.. you can use a slightly larger screw on the proviso that the metal is solid enough..

Alternatively, you can drill a new hole on that same plate and into the cooker roof as current but in a different place.

The last choice is drilling the current hole to fit a rivnut which would require buying a kit to do this.
