***** ***** : Then press the ignitor until it lights
***** ***** : Keep holding for 15 seconds and then let go, the pilot should stay on
***** ***** : Then turn the gas valve to the flame position and the boiler should fire up

I THINK THIS BOILER IS RATHER OLD. THE GASVALVE ONLY HAS O 1,2,3,4,5, MAX . THERE IS NO IGNITION POSITION ON THIS KNOB.

THERE IS A SEPERATE KNOB WHICH I HAVE TRIED PUISHING DOWN AND HOLDING BUT GET NO RESPONSE
