We have a DeDietrich integrated coffee machine model number DED700X and it keeps saying fault on water system. We cannot see any leaks even at the back and we have now deactivated the water sensor at the back of the water tank. what else could it be?

Model number was already provided and is DED700x. The model is from 2011 so it is roughly 3 years old.

What will the coffee maker do correctly, will it brew or where does it fail. Any changes to button presses or any lights?

It turns on and then has that error. It doesnt do anything correctly so no other lights light up. Can you pls ask all your diagnostic questions at once to avoid this back and forth?

Thank you information. This is either a failed sensor or main control board. In most cases I find that its best to replace both parts at the same time.
DO you need a source parts if so the best thing to do is contact the site below, I will help you replace the parts it you need no additional cost;-)

We dont think it is the main board nor the sensor. We have deactivated the one water sensot so it shouldnt be picking up a leak. Also once done the machine worked bit ie coffees and then stopped. I would assum mother board would be permanent damage. Could there be another sensor than the one deactivated. How can we tell if we deactivated maybe the wrong sensor? Can u tell us how to know?thanks. Myrto

By main board I mean the motherboard;-)
Means the same thing;-)
It is an error that is falsely being generated is all by that board.
I have fixed many if these so I'm sure of this problem. Been a Technician years.

I called up and it is 328 GBP to buy the motherboard. How do I know this will be right. Will you refund the part if it is not as it just doesnt make sense that it is intermittent if it is the mother board. Pls let me know. Do you come out to physically look at the machines?
