The water jets are blocked above the comfort container and

Resolved Question:

The water jets are blocked above the comfort container and poking them out with a wire and using a toothbrush has not solved the problem.

Ok if poking then holes haven't cure it then it may need a new dispenser top.
But get some strimmer wire and push it into the holes and push it as far backwards as you can as this may clear the water channels in there.
But if it still isn't clearing them then you will need to replace the dispenser top. As you cannot really get inside there to clear it as its all sealed in there.
To replace the dispenser top you need to remove the top of the washer and remove the screws around the front of the dispenser and then remove the screws at the back and remove the water valves.
Then the dispenser top will unclip from the body of the dispenser and you can then replace just the top.
Its not the easyist job as there isn't much room in there but it can be done.
But try the stimmer wire first a few times as this usually does the trick.
