i have replaced my Creda Aqua 9.5 after bathroom re tiled wire

i have replaced my Creda Aqua 9.5 after bathroom re tiled wire s in right place fuse seems ok is there a reset switch

have checked fuse ok wires ok pull switch works but unit will not switch on at shower

Do you have no power light lit?

You may need a multimeter or voltage tester just to confirm you have power to the terminals and not a faulty pull switch

i do not have such a thing i will have to plumber / elec

Plumber would be best. They have electrical and plumbing knowledge

ok will do that . I am prepared to pay you £10 as we hav not solved the problem

In case the thermal cutout tripped . turn off the power to the unit seconds then back on , this should reset it

have already tried that by switching every thing off to make sure i had the wiring in right
