I have a ClassiXX6 Cloths washing machine and when I finish

Resolved Question:

I have a ClassiXX6 Cloths washing machine and when I finish the wash cycle the softner is aways left in its container. What is stopping the softner going into the rinse cycle. It is a Bosch Machine.

As you have already cleaned the drawer and they syphon thoroughly so now we are left with the dispenser top and the inlet valves.

There are two valves model...if one of the valves is not working then water goes to one side or if the top dispenser is blocked then also the water will not go to the center...you will have to clean the top dispenser as this is usually blocked.

To do this take the drawer out and look in the dispenser...then scrub the top part and use a thin wire to make sure the holes are clear and nothing is blocking them...if this will not work then with the washer unplugged take the top off and remove the screws on the front...then disconnect the hoses and clean them
