Help, we have a NEF D8150N1GB extractor chimney and unfortunately

Resolved Question:

Help, we have a NEF D8150N1GB extractor chimney and unfortunately there appears that a bird has managed to get in through the hole in the ceiling and got trapped in the actual chimney. Unfortunately we dont have the manual and have no idea how to take it apart to rescue the bird. There only appears to be two screws externally near the ceiling but clearly there is more to it than that. Inside when you remove the silver filters there are a number of fittings but not sure what is safe to touch to get access. Can you help as would really like to rescue the bird.

Plumberpro :

, remove the two screws near the top . should also be two more at the bottom of the flue pipe metal box.

Customer:

thanks , we got there in the end, removed 6 screws in total before anything actually moved, but it was enough bird to squeeze out, which is all that counts really, so many thanks help.
