Please remove the kickpanel to access & clean the filter housing of any debris.. With nothing in the tub/drum, put the washer on the hottest wash setting that is allowed by your appliance and allow the appliance to run the full cycle.. This will clean any blockages to the pressure system..After this, re-try your wool wash and let me know how you get on

Did the service wash but it hasn't solved the problem, which remains.
In that case the Pressure Switch is faulty and will need replacing
