***** ***** : Can you take the batteries out minutes and let the unit reset
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : Ok will try and get back if doesn't work. Not in at moment so might be a while
***** ***** : ok, if that does not work then shut off the boiler at the spur, remove the batteries and place the transmitter under the boiler
***** ***** : Leave off foe 10 minutes
***** ***** : Then turn on the power and reinsert the batteries, but leave the transmitter under the boiler
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : What's the transmitter
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : Wgats the spur
***** ***** : The transmitter is where you turn the temperature up and down
***** ***** : The spur is next to the boiler where the power comes from
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : Sorry
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : Do yiu mean thermostat? It's wall mounted so what yiu say doesn't make sense
***** ***** : Remove the batteries and take it off the wall
***** ***** : I take it you have the RF version with rhe receiver under the boiler with the red and green light on?
JACUSTOMER-pu9gfkdt- : I don't think do. It's the rdd10
***** ***** : ok, if this is a wired version then lets see if it is the thermostat, the wire or the boiler
***** ***** : Can you turn the power off to the boiler and remove the thermostat
***** ***** : Connect both wires together
***** ***** : Turn the power back on
***** ***** : See if the heating starts
***** ***** : If the heating starts then you have a problem with the thermostat
***** ***** : If that does not cure your problem come back to me and we will try the same at the boiler end
