Hello, my name is***** be patient whilst awaiting any responses as I'm not always available to answer straight away..What is the fault code you are getting?Have you tested the wiring from the heater to the pcb?
the fault code is e4 I have looked at the wiring all seems good . is there a thermostat on this machine and if yes where is it located
Hi, The error code is relative to a faulty thermostat or thermistor.. Now, your appliance has a thermostat, but it is an inbuilt thermostat that is built into the inline heater; so it is unlikely that this is the issue.. However, there is an NTC on your appliance and that acts in a similar way to a thermostat or thermistor..
It is likely to be the NTC that is at fault
hi George what is this item and where could I find it ?sorry im a home mr fix it
Hi Andy... The NTC is a sensor that is usually found inserted into the side of the sump... It looks like this:
You will only see the rear end as the finger end is inserted into a hole
cheers ***** ***** will check it out tonight and get back to you .Andy
hi George will order new part and try thanks for your help
