Plumberpro :

Hi , there is a screw at the bottom of the cover, release this , pull cover forwards and away. You will then have access to the screws if you need to remove the back plate

Customer:

There is no visible screw at the bottom of the cover, can you indicate where this may be please

Plumberpro :

Hi maybe the screw wasnt put back . pretty sure this unit slides off , either up nor down .push in the centre slightly and slide it off . do you want a link to the installation instructions

Customer:

I have the installation instructions thanks, ***** ***** not want to slide off either

Plumberpro :

Should slide off upwards. Give it a bit more , if they're is no screw it should slide up

Plumberpro :

Are you sure there is not a very small screw at the very bottom?

Plumberpro :

Any chance if uploading a photo?

Customer:

yes but how

Plumberpro :

If you take a photo with your phone or tablet . copy it then paste it into the writing box

Plumberpro :

Are you pushing it hard in the centre as you slide it up ?

Customer: Sorry copy and paste just not working
Plumberpro :

Ok

Plumberpro :

Are you pressing it hard in the centre( this releases a clip) and sludind upnat the same time?

Customer: Thanks will keep trying
Plumberpro :

Ok, double check for any screws or slits to release clips

Customer: Thanks, ***** ***** trying
Plumberpro :

Ok

Customer:

Plumberpro :

Thanks .I can only say that these slide off the back plate by pushing them in and sliding up at the same time.

Plumberpro :

Checked with danfoss. It will be stiff but pushes up and off

Plumberpro :

Make sure the power is switched off first

Customer:

thanks

Plumberpro :

Your welcome

Plumberpro :

Hi , could you please rate your answer, thanks

Customer:

The problem was that the controller was loosened from the wall when adjacent tiles were removed and this meant there was nothing stable to push against but we finally managed to remove it this morning
