Hi, welcome to Just answer

KevinWhiteJA :

sorry for late response, please tell me its complete model number and age of this appliance

Customer:

Neff B1641 OVEN 10 Years

Customer:

i have tried everything in the book but oven is not responding and we can't use it

KevinWhiteJA :

ok and you are able to open the door ?

Customer:

yes its not locked in that way is a child lock thats come on -5-

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, that indicates child lock is turned on...have you already tried this:

Turn the oven selector switch from off position to the oven light...this has to be done 3 times in quick sucession and the -s- should turn off.

Customer:

we have tried this several times but its still not responding we thought it might go back to normal overnight but not happened

KevinWhiteJA :

ok, all knobs and controls should be in off position while you are trying this

Customer:

the are all in the off position and still not responding

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, can you please tell me its complete model number

KevinWhiteJA :

after 1641 ...

Customer:

that number that i gave you is the only one on the book I have. there are few numbers just inside the oven.

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, if it wont work then the problem is either with the knob which has broken pins or the control board itself which is bad and will need replacement

KevinWhiteJA :

new one will cost around £95

Customer:
