Customer: It's 12-18 months old 7kg model, WF70F5E2W4W
KevinWhiteJA :

OK, have you already cleaned the drain filter located inside the bottom front of the washer

Customer: No, shall have a go and get back to to- it seems the the programme is 'Frozen' would this make a difference
KevinWhiteJA :

yes with the washer unplugged... please clean the filter and make sure nothing is stuck in there

KevinWhiteJA :

let me know how it goes

Customer: Ok have cleaned the filter, stil ' frozen '
KevinWhiteJA :

OK, if it was done with the washer unplugged then pull the unit out and clean the drain pump/hose assembly completely

Customer: Ok, I have done that, everything is clear & clean- I think this is a programme/electronic issue??
Customer: Is there a way to reboot the programme?
KevinWhiteJA :

yes unplug the washer for 3-4 minutes

KevinWhiteJA :

then plug it back

KevinWhiteJA :

simultaneously press and hold the START button for 10 seconds

KevinWhiteJA :

let me know how it goes

Customer: Ok, so is that press the power button, or the start button or both?
KevinWhiteJA :

Start button only

Customer: At the same time plug in?
