Zanussi ZPB 1260, oven not heating, replaced element, still no joy.
Stat seems to be working as there is changing temp readings when other elements are being used. any ideas? checked pcb visually burned capacitor on pcb.

Are you referring to the main fan oven element.. If so can you tell me if the fan is going round in the oven?

Then this indicates that any thermal cut-out is still working...

Did this happen after a power cut or power trip?

Do you have a multi-meter by which you can test the thermostat?

Also, can you tell me if there was a power cut or a consumer unit trip-out before this problem started.

I'll need the PNC or Prod number.. It will be on a data plate which will be at the bottom of the oven opening or alternatively on the back of the oven..

The system is wiping out the number because the # ***** *****

ie.. as above, what you have put is:

I have looked at the wiring diagram.. I could do with seeing which component is damaged and by ow much and what type of damage
