I have a neff gas hob with 4 burners. One of the burners take

Resolved Question:

I have a neff gas hob with 4 burners. One of the burners take a very long time to ignite, can that be fixed? Also one (not the same) of the burners although it ignites it has lost the gas pressure, does that mean the hob is faulty?

Please tell me its complete model number and how old is it ?

Customer: The model is: Neff T2346N1 Gas a Hob St/St. It was installed in January 2008.
Customer: I look forward to your reply as soon as possible.

OK and both burners are right side or left side burners ?

Customer: They are on the left hand side. Top one is the one with low gas pressure!

Customer: Ok I'm still here if you want to chat?

do you also hear a click sound ?

Customer: Yes
KevinWhiteJA :

As the right side works fine so it seems the ignition unit and spark generator are fine

Customer: Yes, it clicks like normal
Customer: So what do I need to do?
Customer: Can this be fixed? Or do I need a new hob?

I believe the wiring to and from the control has to be checked ... the cost of repair should be around £110 including parts

also the electrics to the igniter should be checked

if they are fine then the left side control has to be replaced
