hi kevin I cant see your answer

KevinWhiteJA :

OK, Lets check if we can get any error code out of the unit...To do this turn the dial to any setting and let it light up...After this is done press and hold the start button and the button to the left. Keep them held in for several seconds then the led's will go out. Now the start light and the end light will be flashing. Please count the total number of flashes from each the start light and the end light between the pause and let me know.

KevinWhiteJA :

just sent let me know if you can see it now

KevinWhiteJA :

Customer:

well it has filled with water and seems to be running ok

KevinWhiteJA :

if the problem appears again then follow this procedure to reset the control:
unplug the washer and plug it back after few minutes...then turn the dial to off and close the door...after this press and hold the start button and button to the left of it together and while holding these buttons turn the dial 1 click clockwise

KevinWhiteJA :

the lights will then flash and after you release the buttons the lights will start scrolling....turn the dial slowly clockwise to off ... after this select any program and then turn it off

KevinWhiteJA :

then try it again after few minutes ... let me know how it goes
