Hello, have you tested the outlet where the unit is plugged in if it has power? try plugging other appliance to that outlet to verify if it a power
if it has power ..I mean
yes there is power
do you have meter to measure resistance? May I have the model no. please of the unit?
No I do not have a meter and where will the model number be ?
The model no. might be found on a sticker inside the fridge area.
no frost mulitflow on front.......bar code on rear or unit with number 4zm6h3340030434
compressor has 31084 on it
Thank for those info. Let me see if I could pull some manuals based on those numbers. By the way, is the fuse on the plug the one that you replaced?
Yes new fuse
ps if the interior bulb fails anyway goes how does one replace it
still looking for the manual. I do not know if you have the old bulb or a new LED bulb already which usually pulls out of its socket.
ah ok will check
what about the back side of the unit?..any sticker there that would say model number?
Any schematics on the back of the unit that you can take picture and send it here?
copy...will be waiting here...tnx...
sadly no jiust logo no frost multiflow on front
oh...I am sorry but I do not think I could help you with out the model number. Plus I would require you to have a meter so that you will take some measurements for me to know which part could be defective. You may want to cool down the compressor( the black steel ball at the back) with a damped cloth. then plug it back after two hours and observe if the compressor would run again. If there is a fan near the compressor, please check also if it is running. If there are a lot of dust and dirt in the compressor area, I suggest give it a good cleaning while waiting for the compressor to cool down. Be careful, always unplug the unit before touching anything near the compressor area.
thank you for your help
