no everything lights up as normal, the green light goes to wash ,the machine starts buzzing but the cycle doesn,t start

Hi Steve

Ok, the first thing it should do is drain and it doesnt.
This ties in with the original fault of it not emtying

Given that you can hear it buzzing, it sounds like its trying to.

You either have a blocked or failed pump
You need to disconect the power and follow the waste hose into the machine. Its connected to the waste pump. Check if it and the hose are blocked. If they are clear it and job done!
If its not blocked you will need to replace the pump. If you have a meter you should test it first.
