I just typed in a question about a dualit espresso machine - no flow - but then had to start again….have tried re-seating and cleaning the shower head. Now there's nothing….

no I haven't tried descaling but I don't think that's entirely it: before I tried to work on it it was putting some water through, steaming a lot, but now there's nothing

thanks, ***** ***** run a descale to be sure, but it sounds like you have a burned out element.

and if so, what can I do?

if you are handy you can replace the element I will help

how can I run a descaler through when no water is coming up?

you can buy some descaler from almost any hardware store, or

you can make some with white viigar and water

Michael :

VINIGAR lol

descaler

since you aren't getting any water, let the solution sit for a few hours in the unit before turning on

Michael :

50 % Vinigar(white) and 50 % water

Michael :

if this doesn't help you will need to order a new element and I will help you fix that
