I have a Neff 5-burner Flametronic gas hob. The main switch

Resolved Question:

I have a Neff 5-burner Flametronic gas hob. The main switch (on/off) is working inconsistently. The childlock is working normally and I know there is power to the main switch as it does work sometimes. Could it be a like a loose connection in the on/off ignition? Any ideas please?

Hi George

Customer:

EN: T69F76ND/01 or T69F76N0/01 - the third character from the right is either D or 0.

George-Allsorts :

Please describe to me what you are referring to as the main switch

George-Allsorts :

What is the actual problem?

Customer:

The 'main switch' is what the Neff instruction manual calls the 'main switch'.

George-Allsorts :

Ok .. I'll be a few minutes whilst I look at the manual for your appliance

George-Allsorts :

OK.. I see the switch that you have described.. Is there any pattern to the intermittent operation of the switch?

Customer:

It is completely random

George-Allsorts :

The part at fault will be 00613086 which is the Main Key PCB.. To get at this device you will need to remove the top of the hob..

Customer:

Thank you.

George-Allsorts :

you're welcome
