Customer Question

Hello, I have a Bosch BSG72000/16 vacuum cleaner. The on/off switch did not latch properly for a day or two and now seems to have failed - the cleaner will not start even the switch's button is held down.
I see that a replacement switch can be ordered from Bosch's site.
How do I open the machine to replace the switch? (Or where can I get a workshop manual for the machine?)
Thank you, Martin

Thanks Michael. In fact I am in France, not S Africa.

On looking at the machine I found some well hidden screws and I am now opening the machine up. Thanks for doing your best.
