I have an intermittent vault, during cycle the machine stops, bleeps and the following lights are ON
Start/Pause Rinse Hold Rinse
Spin
Ready
To clear it I press the Start/Pause button and the cycle restarts

Yes there is water in the machine and I can hear water running.

OK the fault code you describe is linked to an inability for the machine to either fill or drain, first thing to check is that the drain pump filter is not blocked, could you check this first and then come back to me with the results ~ Ian

When you say you can hear water running, is this with the appliance switch off?

Is the drain pump filter accessible from the front of the machine?

Yes there should be a flap behind which you will have a screw in filter BUT make sure you have a towel to catch any water coming out as you unscrew the filter. Hopefully you will have an empty drum before you take out the filter but be prepared for it gushing out if not and make sure you have plenty of rags or dirty towels for the job ~ Ian

Cleaned out filter, and tried 2 wash cycles, seems ok at the moment, but it was an intermittent fault,fingers crossed.Thanks.
