, I have removed the filter from my Zanussi washing machine

Customer Question

Hello,
I have removed the filter from my Zanussi washing machine and replaced it as I have for 12 years.
The filter screwed back into place as it always has. When starting wash water poured out of the drain/filter port.
Can you help please?

Customer:

even though it screwed back either something is stuck in there or the filter itself has gone bad and will need replacement

JACUSTOMER-41fsk0v4- :

Filter seems as it always is, what could get stuck?

Customer:

nothing is stuck inside the drain ?

Customer:

I mean after you have removed the filter have you cleaned everything from inside

if the filter is fine then it seems then filter body might be damaged

however, before replacing this...with the washer unplugged pull it out and then looking from the front lay it on its left side...then take the pump out and clean everything and also clean the oily deposit with some warm water

JACUSTOMER-41fsk0v4- :

That sounds like I need to call an Engineer?

Customer:

clean the drain hose as well ... this might solve the problem

Customer:

if it wont then the body might need replacement

Customer:

Poor Service ?

Customer:

either you don't want to clean it or don't want to pay
