Hello My name is Ian ~ I am not on the site constantly so please be patient whilst waiting for responses to you queries
Could you let me have the full product code (also called the pnc) from the label inside the door please. ~ Ian
OK this will be a systematic process of finding out where the issue is ~ before we start can you use a multimeter and can you confirm that you actually have power at the wall socket?
Can't use a multimeter but there is power to socket as microwave will still work when plugged in
OK have you got anything that can tell you if you have power in to the appliance?
No, only what I can see which is that none of the lights are on.
OK in that case the only thing you can do is check that the condenser and water tank are pushed in firm and correctly, that the door is closed properly and then see if you have any power then, there are switches on the door, condenser and water tank that if not replaced correctly will stop the appliance running. If this does not work you will need to get someone with a meter to check power from the mains through the switches and on to the main control pcb. Have you someone that can do this for you? If not do you want me to give you someone in your area that can help?
Thank-you for advice, will have to get husband to check it out. If you can recommend a suitable technician in the Bellshill Area..ML4 2SS I would be grateful.
Two seconds and I'll be right back

Would you now kindly rate my service to you using the smiley faces below, this will allow me to shut down the job but give your husband the facility to ask further questions later in the day if needed. - Ian
