Hi

Has the washer stopped full of water?

If you cancel the cycle out will it drain the water out?

Regards

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

No I have to put it to drain and it'll do it then, the drum is turning but not spinning

Expert:  Daniel replied 2 years ago.

Ok so when you say it gets stuck in the cycle how far does it get?

Does the timer just stop and the washer stops doing anything?

If you nudge the timer on will it carry on or not?

Regards

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

the timer stops but the machine will take in water, turn the drum but then it would just keep repeating its self . If I nudge the timer I will jump forward ,then just repeats with emptying the drum rotating but it won't take water in but keeps trying to empty

Hi

Ok sounds like the timer is the issue here im afraid.

As in the timer is a little motor which turns the timer to move it through the cycle. I used to replace loads of these timers on these as they used to fail a lot.

So to cure this its going to need the timer replacing if you want this fixing. But thats if its worth it as this model is an older model so usually not worth it. But thats up to yourself if you wanted it fixing.

But if you need anymore info just get back to me.
