My daughter over filled the soap tray on my HWB 814 DN. It

Resolved Question:

My daughter over filled the soap tray on my HWB 814 DN. It flooded the floor. I cleaned the soap tray and piping in to the machine. It still wouldnt work. I opende the filter at the bottom front of the nmachine and flooded the floor again. Every icon on the machine display is lit up and even when i turn it off it will not clear. i8s there anything i can do?

its about 9 months old. No suds, just a fully lit display as described earlier due to the amount of soap powder

Hi Thanks Jerry,
this is most likely caused by suds getting into areas and sensors that should never see this condition. It is something that will require special cleaning and hopefully not into the electronics on the min board as is possible when this happens.
But, since your washer is less than a year old, simply contact Hoover warranty for this and all you need to tell them is the condition you have now not what caused this and they will repair this for you at no cost.
Also if you haven't tried this reset, first do that, unplug the washer for 30 full minutes then plug it back in, let me know if that resets the board.
I will stick with you until the unit is fixed properly.
