Hi, is the water coming from the hot tap only?
Also how old is your insinkerator?
Customer reply replied 2 years ago.

Yes - its just from the hot tap. There's about a teaspoon of water (or perhaps less) that ouses out when the tap is shut off - then it stops. There is no water leaking down the pipework (under the worktop) from the tap.

Thanks Andrew,
Also how old is it?
Customer reply replied 2 years ago.

Michael

Sorry - its 6 years old. As an aside, I replaced the main 'boiler' component about 2 years ago.

Thats ok Andrew thanks for that information.
The problem is that the seals are worn and need replacing. if you want o make this repair I will assist you with that, all you will need are some basic hand tools and to be a bit handy.
If so please visit this site for the rebuild kit. its not very difficult to do.

If you don't want to make the repair you would need a plumber to fix this for you.
I will stick with you until the unit is fixed properly.
But please rate my service thus far to you before closing this page.
It won't cost you anything to further to rate and I will be with you at no additional cost;-)
Thank you
