Ok has the washer stopped full of water?

And does your model have a spin reduce button?

Regards

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

the water is in the clothes still but the drum does not have excess water. Yes it does have a spin reduce button.

Hi

Ok try this and see what happens as i think your washer is actually made by Bosch and just badged up Tecnik.

Turn the knob to the off position.

Turn the knob to the 6 o'clock position.

Wait for the start light to flash.

Press and hold the spin button.

While holding it, turn to the 7 o'clock position.

Release the spin button after a few seconds.

Turn the knob to the off position

See if this clears the code. But if it comes back again or doesnt clear it then i think this is a issue with the motor. You need to pull the washer out and remove the back panel and take out the motor from the bottom of the washer. Then at the back of the motor are the carbon brushes. Remove these and if they have worn down then you need to replace these and that should cure it from there.

Regards
