Is there still water in the drum?
Hello is there water in the drum?
OK you have just opened up another question, come back to this original question otherwise you will get charged again for the service. I have it that you have water in the drum so come back on here and we can continue the conversation ~ Ian
I have asked customer services to refund you on your duplicate question ~ would you now continue the conversation on here ~ Ian
I am here when you are ready to continue.
Yes there is still water in the drum
OK are you able to move the washing machine forward and then gently tip it back until you can bet a bowl under the filter flap?
OK tip it back and then place a washing up bowl under the flap area, inside this area you will see a small corrugated tube with a bung in the end, put this tube in the wash bowl and remove the bung letting the water drain into the washing up bowl. OK ?
Ok just doing that
OK when you have emptied the drum come back to me ~ you may see me disconnect and then reconnect during this time it just means that I am having a look at another question but as soon as you come back on line the computer system notifies me and I will come back to chat with you ~ Ian
I have done that
OK get some towels and place them under the empty washing up bowl and then unscrew the filter, you will get some residual water coming out as you do this, its normal.
Is the filter chamber free of debris and can you see the pump impeller at the down at the bottom? Did you find anything in the filter mesh?
typo ~~ can you see the pump impeller down at the bottom off the filter housing?
My husband just come home and he is looking at it. Thank you so much for your help.
OK would you now kindly rate my service to you using the smiley faces below, this allows me to shut down the question whilst allowing us to continue with our conversation if you have further questions on a free of charge basis ~ Ian
