Hi and thank you for choosing Just Answer.
I am Tech Michael and I will be assisting you today.
Please be patient as these are technical questions that may require a bit of conversation to solve.
How old is your Viessman boiler?
Also are you losing pressure only to the heating system or all hot water in the boiler?
Ans are there any leaks?
Thank you
Tech Michael

I think my boiler is less then5yrs old. No leaks from radiator I think the water pressure is for both boiler and heating

Thank you Tina,
This is a faulty pressure regulator, this needs to be replaced by a plumber.
Its something you could do if you had the proper tools but this is best done by an experienced plumber.
But if you want to do this I will help you all the way;-)
Just let me know Tina.
I wish there were a simpler solution.
I really do.
Have a great day Tina and please rate my service to you kindly before closing;-)
Thank you
