Customer: replied 1 year ago.

that is all the numbers that is on the door only half the burner has full flame the rest is about half flame

Expert:  Daniel T. replied 1 year ago.

Hi

Ok if its not an even flame then its going to be the burner itself at fault here.

As you say half is a full flame so we know the gas supply is fine. It will have a restriction in the burner casuing this. Ive seen it loads of times on gas ovens as its grease that builds up in there and causes this.

As the gas supply comming through is ok otherwise it will be all a low flame but even. As it isnt an even flam comming through the burner then the burner will need to be replaced on this to cure.

Replace the burner and that should do the trick. But you may struggle to get it without the model number as usually they need a model number to be able to get the part for you.
