I have a Dometic A30-100c Model RF60. It is less than a year

Resolved Question:

I have a Dometic A30-100c Model RF60. It is less than a year old. I gave it a test run today on mains power 240 Volts. It was on for at least 6 hours and rather than get cold the back of the fridge got very hot. What is the cause of this and how can I make it work properly?

Hi I am sorry to hear that. Can you hear the compressor run when the unit is switched on? Also have you ever hooked it up and had it run normally? It is normal for the back to get hot.

here is a site for you to check your wiring as well:http://www2.dometic.com/1c67c7b3-533b-468d-b1fa-8f7ae3b2de3b.fodoc

Thank you Tech Michael
