Hi

Has both faults happened at the same time or was one already there?

Regards

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Ok does it still fill with water and start spraying the water around?

Is it completing the cycle ok but just washing in cold water?

Hi

Ok thanks for that. What you may find on this is the thermostat is fault. As on this model theres a thermostat screwed to the underside of the tub and when it fails it stops the heater form working.

What you need to do is pull the dishwasher out and remove both side panels and the back cover towards the bottom.

From there you will be able to see the workings under there. Locate the thermostat screwed to the under side of the tub and test it with a multi meter. If its faulty then it will need to be replaced and then see how it goes from there. If the thermostat is fine then locate the heater wires and test the heater from there and see if faulty.

As to the dispenser for this remove the outer door panel and there you will see the back of the dispenser and check the wires are still on the back. If so then you need to test the coil that the wires go to and see if faulty. If so then you need to replace the dispenser from there as well and see how it goes.

Check them and see what you find and let me know.
