Hi Frank

Sorry, Im not sure what you are saying, and I have to get it right for you

Is it just that it overfills when the machine should normally be filling?
Also, if you turn the machine off at the power, it stops filling?
Thanks
Rob

When power is switched off the water stops filing.

When power is in the water keeps filling, water exits through the drain house

Hi Frank

Thanks
So, if its filling and draining at the same time, this is a syphoning issue.

Is this a new machine or just been moved?
Can you tell me where and how the waste hose is attached to the house waste?

Thanks
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

The machine was moved some six weeks ago to our shed to wash the dog blankets. it sit on a plinths about 12" of the floor. the drain hose go to ground level through the wall to an open drain?

Expert:  Rob replied 2 years ago.
Hi Frank

Great, Ive got it now!

The waste hose must go from the back of the machine and then travel UPWARDS at least two thirds of the height of the machine, it can then go down to the drain.
This stops the water from just running straight out of the machine.

Just tie the hose up at the back of the machine and it will stop syphoning

Stroke the dogs for me, two labradors here !!
