Ok.. then in this case I can assume yours is the first release of the product and therefore for future reference if asked, you need to state /01

I've pushed that button up and down, but the battery isn't coming out.

Before releasing the pack, make sure that ULTRAPOWER is in the OFF position.
To release the battery pack lift the battery pack hatch upwards.
