Hi

Ok thanks for that ive got it now.

Has the appliance totally lost power?

Do the lights on the front of the door come on?

Is the light on inside the fridge?

Ok im taking it you have tried it in another plug socket?

If so then you need to pull the appliance out and look at the back towards the bottom and you should see the main control board. You need to remove this and check it for signs of burning on there. As if its lost all power then its usually down to the main control board at the back.

Some models can have the control board at the very top of it under a plastic cover so if you dont see it at the back ceck the top.

So check that and see what you find. But if that board has failed then im fraid it is a very expensive part to replace as the board itself is £150.

Sorry its not looking like good news but if the power is ok and theres nothing comming on at all then its more then likely the main control board at fault on this.

Regards
