Hello Simon, my name is George..

Can you give me the full model of the cooker please.. This should be on a label at the edge of the oven, or on the rear

Kindly be patient whilst awaiting any responses from me as I'm not constantly available.

Have you tried the oven / grill?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes, still no gas

Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes - still no gas

Is the lid open Simon?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

Yes - opened it fully (and also checked the button at the back to make sure it's fully depressed)

Expert:  George-Allsorts replied 2 years ago.

At the rear of the lid is the Gas Cut Off Valve. Have a look to see if the button is stuck, or if the lid is not actuating the valve. Shut the lid and using a flat screwdriver, press on the actuating button so that it depresses and rises to try release the valve inside.

If the problem is not the lid seating, or the actuation of the valve, then you either have no gas supply to the valve, or the valve needs replacing.

Fixed it. It was the bayonet attachment at the wall. I needed to tighten the pipe and turn the clip and make sure it was fully in. The gas is flowing now.

Thanks for your help
